​Security and Concierge Services

For the security and convenience of our residents, Scarborough Manor has a manned 24 X 7 Gatehouse that screens visitors.   In addition, our Security Guards accept packages at the Gatehouse and deliver them to residents as they drive in.     In 2020, Scarborough installed Building Link Software that allows residents to communicate maintenance requests, reserve amenities and receive notices of package deliveries at the Gatehouse.

On-Site Property Management  & Resident Superintendent
Our COOP features a dedicated on-site Property Manager and Assistant Property Manager, available to oversee the property and assist shareholders with any concerns. Additionally, our live-in Superintendent supervises the building staff and remains on call to ensure seamless operation of building services and mechanical systems.
